Description: Antique Chinese Brass Teapot ~ Hexagonal w/ Coral & Malachite Flowers As you can see from the photos, the brass around the green gemstones has patinaed. Since it has only happened around the green gemstones that leads me to believe that the green stones contain Copper, therefore is probably Malachite. The orange gemstones are probably Coral, which is commonly used in this fashion. For obvious reasons I have not attempted to clean the teapot but will allow the buyer to do so.
