Brief history from web research about Silver Willow: A folk art mother/daughter team, designed a variety of rustic and attractive "made to resemble old" Halloween designs under the name Silver Willow. The company went out of business. Originally they were made/designed by hand. Eventually these outstanding USA "whimsical to bizarre" designs... were sold and produced for a short time in China, during the early 2000 years, with dates on their foil labels as shown.
