Description: Bronze Age Marvel Comics, Battlestar Galactica # 1 from 1979 SIGNED BY BOTH COVER ARTISTS, DAVE COCKRUM & BOB MCLEOD! Comic cover art created by Dave Cockrum, and Bob McLeod. The comic was hand signed by artist Dave Cockrum at the annual New York Big Apple Comic-Con, 2002, and by Bob McLeod at the annual Baltimore Comic-Con, 2019. It comes with 2 POA's Proof Of Authenticity and a COA, Certificate Of Authenticity. 2 autographs for 1 bid and it comes with a POA & a COA! Sadly Dave Cockrum passed away in 2006. He was the creator of Storm, Nightcrawler & Colossus. Look for more premium signed books, I'm listing some rare items! To eliminate some concerns as to the authenticity of an autographed item, I include in most cases, what I call a POA (Proof Of Authenticity), which usually is a copy of the flyer addressed to me, or my proof of admission to the convention and the page listing the artist as a scheduled guest. While I provide certificates for some items, my experience at early conventions is that, the table selling certificates is far removed from most of the artists. As a result, the signing isn't witnessed by the seller of the certificate, so how can this be guaranteed authentic? Another source of certificates are those printed up by the seller who guarantees authenticity!!! Just a thought not to get hung up on certificates. I have been selling signed items on ebay since December 4, 1998. I haven't had any problems with authenticity in all that time!
