Description: Very hard to find, 1925 Effanbee Patsy--this is the very first Patsy that was made and used the Baby Dainty head mold on a cloth body with composition limbs. She has a cry box that no longer makes sound. Her paint is flaking badly from her head and legs and will need to be restored. She wears a cute little dress and bonnet that while not original, are era appropriate. No socks or shoes. Non-smoking but pet-friendly home. Please study the photos carefully and ask any questions!
